The Drive North to Malin Head

So from March 22 to March 28, I had the pleasure of my friend, Amy Pinski's, company!  It was well-timed as she arrived at the airport the same day Steve left, and Zach came home from his big three week adventure on the same day Amy left.  Amy arrived and immediately got sick.  We think it was probably strep.  Fortunately, I knew how to get to the clinic (thanks to Haley!) so she could see the doctor and get on some antibiotics.  Vacation saved!  Amy was a trooper and we kept our plans to go North to Malin Head for 2 days.

These are Amy's "car pictures" that she took on our way up to the Inishowen Peninsula in county Donegal.  We chose to drive just through the Republic of Ireland, and so went North through Sligo.

Benbulben and the town of of Drumcliff.

A spectacular rainbow!  Seriously - it was so bright and beautiful like I had never seen before.

We drove past the town of Donegal and went east toward Muff.  Yes, that is the town, Muff.  Below is the proof.

Another rainbow!

Spectacular hills!  Anywhere in Ireland, really, is quite lovely.  You can see dramatic coasts or beautiful rolling hills, and it's all gorgeous!
